Take a break from the festive noise and busyness and join us at Pure Ora Yoga Studio in Stamford on Sunday 28th December from 2.30-5pm, for a beautiful afternoon of relaxation and heart opening connection, as we gather in ceremony and journey with the most blissful plant medicine in nature; Mama Cacao.

WHAT IS A CACAO CEREMONY

Drinking ceremonial grade cacao in ceremony with intention, is a wonderful gift that can help you to unplug from the stresses and overwhelm that day to day life can bring.

It can be an opportunity to access the depths of your own inner knowing, gain clarity on the answers you may be seeking in life, illuminate your path, release and heal emotional blockages, find inner peace and connect with other like minded souls.

A ceremony is a safe and sacred space to be supported and guided in to your heart and back to the truth and essence of who we all are; LOVE.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT

You will be greeted upon arrival and shown in to the studio where mats will be laid out for you to choose your space.

There will be soft music playing and you are free to sit wherever you feel drawn to, as you feel the stresses of the day begin to fade away.

It is a good idea once you are seated to just take a few moments to close your eyes, take some deep breaths and give yourself permission to begin to let go of anything that may be on your mind.

Following the closing of the ceremony, there will be an opportunity to enjoy a grounding snack and some time to rest of connect with others.

** IMPORTANT - If you are taking anti-depressants, heart medication or are currently pregnant, please note this on the form when you book your space and if you so wish, consult your doctor or health practitioner before consuming Cacao.

LOCATION - This is an in person event taking place at Pure Ora Yoga Studio, 2A Broad Street, Stamford, PE9 1PB. Limited parking is available at the studio but there are car parks and on road parking close by.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION - Once you have made payment, you will receive an email confirming your booking, along with details of how the event will run and anything you will need to bring with you on the day to get the most out of the event. If you do not receive an email within 60 minutes, please contact us asap at admin@natasha-louise.com and let us know, so that we can send you the information you will need.

CANCELLATIONS

Should you need to cancel your space, no refunds will be given. However, you can transfer your space to someone else should you wish.
